We bake with whole grain spelt flour—freshly ground in our own ZENTROFAN whole grain mill—using spelt from Bollheim. This makes our cakes especially fluffy and delicious. Discover our sweet selection and enjoy a new slice of happiness every day—whether classic or in a jar to spoon out:

• Chocolate cookies – Intensely chocolatey – a cookie that makes you happy
• Nut and chocolate cookies – Nuts and chocolate combined in one cookie
